Planning the Alternative PL
As I proceed with implementing my innovation plan, I aim to share an alternative professional learning plan with our Administration and 6-8th Reading teachers. The plan is a crucial guide to help achieve the goals of my Innovation Plan, ensuring the successful establishment of a blended learning environment through he rotational model that encourages choice, ownership, and voice through authentic learning experiences.

Given that a significant portion of professional development might not yield desired results, as highlighted by Gulamhussein (2013), I am embracing the 5 Principles of Effective Professional Development to instigate positive improvements. This entails delivering consistent support, engagement, modeling, and learning objectives customized to meet the distinct needs of our campus staff and students. The primary emphasis of my professional learning plan is to launch and execute our blended learning initiative, providing robust support to our staff and students throughout this transformative journey.
